Carryon Regardless Posted August 5, 2011 Report Share Posted August 5, 2011 I can't see a court evicting a tenant within the fixed term, surely the mortgage company would have to live with the tenant and only have redress against the mortgagee. My understanding is that if they dont the morgage company can get the tenants out fairly quickly otherwise the fixed term of the contract stands.
