Will new Cabinet continue to bully Landlords ?

So there we have it, a new set of Cabinet members under a new PM ready to continue Landlord bullying........will it be business as usual or will they take a softer approach ?

I can't see what else they can really do right now.   It is time for an organisation to stand up and tell the Government to stop landlord bashing and to accept the fact that the vast majority of landlord's do a good job and keep the housing crisis well, below crisis levels for them.

Local Councils have the authority to investigate and bring to the Courts the rogue landlord's but of course they are reluctant to do this as evicting tenant's means they have to house them which is a drain on their resources and finance.

.....and let's not forget that each t that cries foul, or one of the many do gooder organisations crying at how bad things are for them, all have the same tools at their disposal for gaining satisfaction. these poor souls don't need extra legislation, there's more than enough already.
