Carryon Regardless
I think you might find cheaper still a few miles away in Burnley. Looking at your lists RL I doubt you would ever find a 'suitable' T though.
Mortitia
Interesting - some ex local authority places with cacker neighbours no doubt and drug pushers round the corner, The shed in Powys is slightly better - but has it got planning consent? Agree with Cor on tenants!
Richlist
I'm sure many of the properties & locations would suit those experienced 'slum' landlords amongst us. I imagine there will be at least one super bargain amongst the rubbish.......for those brave enough to take the plunge. Most will be cash only. Melboy
I'm sure many of the properties & locations would suit those experienced 'slum' landlords amongst us. I'll leave you to be the Slumdog Millionaire RL.............. Mind you RL it was only a couple of years ago I looked at buying a £15,000 property in Wales. I would have a go at something like this again if it was reasonable and the location wasn't too evil but you would have to be prepared to write the investment off if it all turned to a bag of nails.
