Learning curve

Being a landlord I thought would be quite easy, read up, learn all you can and put it into practice.

I have since had two properties come back after rental!

All I can say is experience is all. I never thought I would encounter what I.

You soon learn not to trust anything they say.

Quite so Antnkel.

No matter how pleasant the tenants and the smoothness of the tenancy period I often find after vacating and deposits all settled some annoying breakage, damage or similar comes to light - and I would consider I am THOROUGH in checking over my properties.

Oh well - you can't have everything.

But thats just part of the cost of being in the business.

Many landlords don't budget for these costs any more than they budget for voids, bad debt, refurbishment, eviction, legal costs etc
