Its never the tenants fault

Tenant comes to me wanting a property at short notice because the property he's in is being sold. All I have is a basic dated property, not pretty and expensive to run heating but everything works and is legal. It is priced accordingly.

Tenant want security after 6 months and doesn't want to go periodic so he demands a 12 or 18 month tenancy renewal. We go ahead give longer contract but 8 months later tenant wants to move out of the area on certain date so we manage to get the landlords to both agree to release the tenant but only on the condition a new tenant is found.

Oh no that isnt good enough its all our fault, the law is on the landlords side, landlords are scum, agents are scum blah blah blah.:angry: :angry: :angry: :angry:
