Guest caravanj
Paul Lewis was on the BBC News this morning giving advice to T's about protected deposits & how to go about suing a LL for 3 times the deposit amount if the deposit wasn't protected. Whilst there are no excuses for a LL not protecting a deposit, I wonder if, in the interests of balance & fairness, he'll come on the telly & talk about a T's responsibility to pay the rent & not do a runner. Carryon Regardless
Totally agree there is far too much support for the poor T. You are clearly aware of the implications of illegal eviction, imagine the growth in the number of professional T's if they were made aware. I am always cautious of how I write about this as I wouldn't want to inadvertently instruct such gits. Sometimes it feels like we are ducks at the fairground just waiting to be shot at.
