Grampa
Get this. We did a tenant find for a landlord about 2 years ago and the landlord now wants the tenant out because the landlord is moving back in. So today my office managers take a call from a solicitor who has been instructed to serve notice on the tenant and wanted a copy of the correct notice to serve on the tenant "just to make sure" the correct notice is used. Good job it wasn't me who took the call because I would have ripped into him. I hate solicitors who play at housing law. No disrespect to LAW who posts here. Carryon Regardless
I hope your office told him it is the Numpty Notice Applicable to the Solicitor Act -Part 1. If he needs to ask he'll likely screw it up anyway checking his racket for correct service.
