the_matrix
Hi all Just switched over from an RIP forum so please go easy on me here. Situation is: Tenant 1: Lady, unemployed, poor history, rent share = 0% Tenant 2: Man, employed, good history, rent share = 100% Plus 3 kids Both want to be named on tenancy. Question: If both named on tenancy and split, lady + kids stay in house what happens about rent? If man named and split, lady + kids stay in house what happens about rent? Best course of action? Thanks Bye

Grampa
All adults who live in the property should be on the tenancy agreement as joint tenants. If the man moves out you can chase him for rent if you need to.
