Trenners Posted February 10, 2011 Report Share Posted February 10, 2011 Hi Confused, It depends what it says on the licence agreement that they signed when they moved in. Usually a RESIDENT landlord can ask people to leave their property with very little notice ... most licence agreement state "7 days notice" unless the tenant breaches other licence clauses (in which case they can be asked to leave immediately).
