resident Posted June 29, 2010 Report Share Posted June 29, 2010 The ITV1 programme "Tonight" is researching an episode that will highlight the serious problems some landlords have with some tenants. We've read about a number of extreme cases such as serial non-payers, tenants who wreck homes, others who've put in partition walls and then sublet, and so on. And we're aware of how difficult it is to tackle these circumstances.We would like to hear from landlords who have suffered difficulties like these. We're interested in the whole spectrum of problems, but we are hoping to feature cases that do not involve large scale businesses. Ideally, we'd like to be contacted by small buy-to-let operators and 'accidental' landlords.
