LornaC Posted September 25, 2018 Report Share Posted September 25, 2018 Hello, our tenant owes us 2 months rent, has moved her boyfriend in, has a dog and badly redecorated our flat! All of which are outside her contract. We are keen to serve her notice, but would like advice and your experience of issuing Section 21 and Section 8 notices yourself, or could you recommend an Eviction Specialist to serve the notice. We are in a legal position to serve both notices, are up to date with all gas certificates, EPC, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and have her deposit protection. If you are confidant you can do it, go for it both forms are fairly easy to fill out but get a date, amount or service incorrect and it will be invalid. The court forms are a bit trickier.
