Grampa Posted September 30, 2015 Report Share Posted September 30, 2015 Signed confirmation from the tenant that they agree the smoke alarms and CO alarm were tested by the landlord/agent and working on the tenancy start date.Signed confirmation from the tenant that they agree that any LHA/HB claim now or in the future of the tenancy can be discussed in full to the landlord/agent by the council.
