Richlist Posted July 9, 2015 Report Share Posted July 9, 2015 I have just learned of another tax tweak introduced in yesterday's budget which I was totally unaware of.....Anyone else miss this one ? 'From 2016 wear & tear will only be deductible for expenses actually incurred' Seems those of us that let furnished will be loosing our ability to automatically claim the 10% wear & tear allowance from next April. I sense a small rent rise for furnished property is likely from April 2016......ultimately it's tenants who will be affected most. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
