Permitted occupiers

My new tenants, husband and wife, will also have the wife's sister staying with them. She will not be contributing to the rent. Do I class her as part of the household so only name the 2 tenants on the AST, or do I name her as a permitted occupier or do I leave her unnamed as though she is a guest,

Tenants can have anyone they like staying with them as often as they like. Family, friends, business associates etc, you'll never know who or when or why......and why would you want to.

I'd just name the two rent payers and keep it simple.

Don't forget to get references, rent guarantee insurance or guarantors.
