Grampa
You now need a court order if they don't move out on the 9th. If you are sure the deposit has been protected correctly and the s21 served correctly you either find a solicitor who specialises in evictions or get court form N5b fill it out correctly and send it to your local court with copies of all the paperwork required plus a fee of £280. Richlist
Or alternatively you get a firm (see link attached) to handle it for you : http://www.landlordaction.co.uk/site.php/about
Mortitia
landlord13 - Did you serve the section 21 in the correct manner? How was it served. Give us dates of tenancy, date served to see if it is valid? It is said that 70% of Section 21 evictions fail due to incorrect dates and service.
