higlufc Posted February 23, 2014 Report Share Posted February 23, 2014 Hi Is it easy to let the property yourself I have had the same tenants for 4 years who pay 6months up front as they have advised me that they would fail the credit check. the letting agents are just about useless and the tenants have been asking for the last three times to pay privately . for the 10% and £70 renewal fee is it worth all the hassle to do it on your own. Now you want out of it you need to read that contract and see what the exit fees are before you jump. Seems you have struck lucky with your tenants for now but that rarely continues I find.
