Jeannie
I have been given a very competitive quote on a BTL Buildings insurance policy with Sainsburys bank. I haven't used them before - my 4 policies are with Landlords Insurance Direct. Has anyone had any experience with Sainsburys BTL insurance please? Melboy
Try www.confused.com to see of this insurance quoting search engine can come up with anything different. What ever you do try and get legal help on your BTL Insurance as it could be the best thing you have ever done.
GPEL
When comparing quotes don't forget to also compare what's covered. There are vast differences.
Trenners
Hi Jeannie, Sainsbury Bank Insurance is great - I have been using them for the last couple of years and have switch my entire buy to let portfolio to their building insurance product aimed at Landlords. They are not only the cheapest BY A MILE - but they are also a trusted household name. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED .... all landlords should check them out. odecar
Trenners Thanks for suggestiob on Sainsburys as have just taken it on a new property and at £78 for a year it just wasn't worth the hassle of spending another hour chasing quotes to save £5-10.
