geek84
Hi folks Has anybody ever used a Property Mentor? If so, was it worth the money spent? Or do you feel that the same knowledge could have been obtained elsewhere cheaply, or even free from the internet!! Thanks
Melboy
I have. I learnt from my Wife's Uncle and his Father and a friend of the family. I started when I was around 24 years old and have never looked back. I listened and learnt from what they were saying and doing or had done. The only thing that stops me from having a Sunseeker yacht before Richlist is that I have made too many errors over the years. One error as near as last December which has cost me by not going through with the deal. You never stop learning in the property game.
Mortitia
Sometimes Geek you just have to do it for yourself - you can read everything and take advice from friends family and pay for it but still make mistakes. Last October I made a gross error in not buying a particular property and every day when I look out of my window at it - I REGRET IT!
