Dave A
Basically tenant is a whining pain in the butt, but don't think it would be wise to put this in writing to her. Do I have to give a reason if I give her two months notice which conincides with the end of the tenancy. Relations have broken down to the point where I would simply prefer to have the house empty for a couple of months and start again? Dave

Dave A
Not sure what last post is all about....... Do I have to use a section 21, thought I could just write giving two months notice to quit at end of current tenancy. Dave
Richlist
You can do what you like but..... if they don't go when you expect them to and you need to go to court you'll need to have issued a valid S21 to get anywhere.
