Richlist Posted July 7, 2017 Report Share Posted July 7, 2017 With my limited knowledge I don't think I could feel as confident as others that the rise in Scotland is only attributable to the ban on letting fees ? Scotland has its own set of unique laws, rules, taxes etc which I am not familiar with .....any of which may have been a contributing factor to the increase. I think we'd need to see the bigger picture before jumping to inaccurate and unsubstantiated conclusions.
