jan1 Posted May 16, 2013 Report Share Posted May 16, 2013 hi all, i have not been on here for awhile but someone has told me that it is being made law that everyone has to register with the council when they want to rent out property, is this true? if so does anyone know when this becomes law? thank you. Melboy Posted May 17, 2013 Report Share Posted May 17, 2013 It has been suggested but it is not present day law in England unless you have a House of Multiple Occupation (?)
