sarahg Posted July 31, 2006 Report Share Posted July 31, 2006 can anyone help me i am new to renting property out and i was wondering how to work the utility bills out . is it better to get a gas / electric meters or should i work out the bills my self or put the bills in tenants name (they are students ) please can anyone help.
