SPEEDTWIN Posted July 11, 2006 Report Share Posted July 11, 2006 if all three are on the tenacy agreement (depends what one it is) i believe you can legally chase the other 2 for full rent. if they think they are going to have to pay, they might have better luck at getting her to pay up.
