SMILE Posted May 23, 2006 Report Share Posted May 23, 2006 Sorry another question....I've just had another thought. ....What would happen if the tenant became the tenant from hell and didnt stick to the terms of my tenancy agreement......If he has paid six months up front....am I still able to proceed with trying to evict him from my property ? and (return any monies back to the tenant) ? The Tenant from Hell would pay 1 Month up front with a Month's deposit and then not pay anymore for 5 Months until evicted and then you turn up to find the placed trashed! That's the Tenant from Hell! But to answer your question: If they have paid 6 Months up front then getting them evicted will be very difficult.
