If they are here to abuse our benefits system then it figures they would be claiming HB for the rents, so make the HB agency responsible for NOT PAYING cheaters, we wouldn't even get the HB payment until there are arrears and the buggers are still protected by legislation then. It's not likely to affect me as clearly the answer to any potential international T is bog off, I don't wish to educate myself on the measures I must employ to protect myself from a fine.
