The area is Kirkstall/Bramley area - my property is currently marketed with a lettings agent but I have had little response from them and frankly they are fairly nonchalent about communication with me - even though its surely in their interest to let the place out!? Richlist Posted July 3, 2012 Report Share Posted July 3, 2012 Are you sure its the fault of the lettings agent.....do they advertise in local papers, on the internet, rightmove etc etc ? Or might it be the wrong property, in the wrong area, searching for wrong kind of tenant, not many people looking for rentals in your area etc etc ? A new agent ain't gonna fix that !
