Dear All,

I hope you're well.

Just a quick message to all to say that I am a landlord of 3 properties and the worst time of the year for me is when it comes down to the insurance side of things. Good news is that I have managed to secure a block policy covering all 3 properties including landlords contents cover for a very competitive price. How did I manage this? Honestly speaking, I did it myself as an independent insurance broker for let properties.

I'm not going to faff around and push for anything, but for those who would like to throw an enquiry at me, feel free to do so. individual let properties as well as a block of properties is what I specialise in. Feel free to email me on alan.kafoor@gmail.com or alan.kafoor@academyinsurance.co.uk

Take Care

Alan

Your post is somewhat confusing.

I have a few properties but your 'speciallity' doesn't seem to cover any of my insurance requirements.

I too am a landlord and Financial adviser/mortgage/insurance broker etc. I would recommend block policies to anyone with multiple properties, removes the risk of forgetting - happened to me once, not adversely thank goodness!

Specialist is a bit of an overused word, but I can generally place difficult situations. E.g. Towerblock flats, flood risk, etc.

Also, I can guarantee to beat any block quote you have by 10%.

The policies are mostly 'defaqto' rated so you will be aware of their independently assessed quality.

I'm a one man band so you won't find any bling marketing or fancy websites,I build my business from referrals. It costs you nothing if you want a quote. PM me if you're interested.
