r16chh Posted March 5, 2012 Report Share Posted March 5, 2012 Hi Been looking for the right deal without much luck. Need a 75% ltv with very low or no up front fees, property value 45k. Applied with Godiva but they reduced the 75% ltv to 50% ltv due to high unemployment in area. (South Wales) The only other deal I can see is Birmingham but they want nearly £500 up front as Ive already lost £250 though Godiva not keen on gambling on survey saying the same. Any thoughts.
