chickpea Posted February 21, 2012 Report Share Posted February 21, 2012 Don't ask me how we did it, but we have had all our requests to retain part of the deposit allowed and payment has been authourised. I suspect it had something to do with the almost total non-complaince of the tenants to rspond to requests for information from the DPS. So, that means we have managed not to be out of pocket from our first baptism of fire with tenants :-) Onwards and upwards! Just the matter of finding new tenants through the new agent now...
