axil23 Posted December 6, 2011 Report Share Posted December 6, 2011 I issued a section 8 in October and the T bucked up and paid up half of what he owed. Anyway now he is back to 2 months and I want to use that same section 8 that I issued on October first week. Are there any problems with that or do I need to issue another section 8 and wait 14 days? It says on a section 8 that court proceedings can not start for 14 days from the date that the section 8 is issued and a court date normally comes after 2 months. Can we issue a section 8 and a PCOL claim at the same time to save some time? Or is that not allowed? BTW did a PCOL last night and got a date Jan second week!
