Jock Posted October 25, 2011 Report Share Posted October 25, 2011 The wife and I are about to be new Landlords, having just bought a flat for our daughter and her boyfriend to rent from us. I was looking at the Landlord Registration website just now, and noticed that it says that registration is exempt if the property is "let to members of the landlord's family only ". Does this apply to us ?, or does it not because of the boyfriend ? Would making the Tenancy agreement between us and just our daughter help ?
