Section 21 Notice

Sorry Mortitia that is incorrect if the tenancy is still in the fixed term a s21(1)(B) is used.

Remember most s21(4)(a) (for periodic tenancy) have a saving clause nowadays that will state something like

After the end of the period of your tenancy which will end after the expiry of 2 months from the service upon you of this notice.

and that wouldnt apply if a s21 used and the 2 months notice started inside the fixed term but ended outside because in that case it can fall on any day as long 2 months notice given.
