Grampa Posted May 24, 2011 Report Share Posted May 24, 2011 The council dont like a landlord related to the tenant if the tenant is claiming HB. But it is not impossible and you have to convince the counci it is not a contrived tenancy, it will be rented out for the going rate and you will evict if the rent is not paid.
