AXA Insurance PO Box 182, Glasgow G2 8JF 0845 600 5822

Check to be sure, but I'm fairly sure this is good for 90 days unoccupied, btw most are 30 days in my experience.

I have several properties I rent. COR is correct - most policies do expire when a property is empty after 30 days. I have my insurance with these guys. They offer insurance for landlords and are able to get quotes for most landlord's needs. I havn't had a problem with them, so would recommend them (they were able to beat my existing quote). They do offer special insurance policies for empty properties, but I cant find that page. Give them a bell and see what they say.
