LetPropertyRentProperty Posted March 25, 2011 Report Share Posted March 25, 2011 Hi Landlords, There is a growing number of online letting agents in the UK and I'm really interested to know: 1) is this a fad, or are they growing because more landlords are using them? 2) under what circumstances would you use an online agent over a traditional agent? No personal contact would deter me and if things go wrong I want to be able to walk through the front door and receive advice or explanations.
