I asked this question last week, and was told to give them OLD STYLE NOTICE TO QUIT" can someone tell me the number of the document I need, there seems to be a few choices. Trenners Posted February 15, 2011 Report Share Posted February 15, 2011 Hi Confused (again), As a RESIDENT landlord you have every right to throw people out of YOUR house. Forget the forms - tell the tenants if they are not gone by Friday then they will find the front door locks changed and their possessions on the street outside.
