dotcom
I am looking to get into the buy to let market but I havent got the cash laying around to buy properties. I heard someone mention the other day there is a few handful of companies that pay your deposit for you? with shared equity? and some who don't even take a share of the equity. Does anyone know who these companies are? or where to find them?

Chestnut
I was wondering how this would get answered..... Why would someone else, a company even, want to lend 100% other than for their own financial gain? (Ever watched Dragon's Den?) What's in it for them? ....from you, the borrower? Dotcom, if you haven't got some cash to put into your proposed venture, should you really expect anyone else to want to do it for you? Isn't this why this country (and USA and others) has a financial crisis? I could make similar comment to CB10 about remortgaging..... Agree with Mortitia. Melboy
If... and I say " if " you find a company prepared to lend BTL property to you with no deposit please let us (me) all know because I can't find one in this tight economic climate where mortgage lenders are are even relunctant to lend any money to people with a deposit.
