Dear Forum Members:

It is likely that you will have already noticed the new banner in the header of this forum telling you about the Landlord Survey 2010 that is currently being operated in conjunction with the Valuation Office Agency.

All landlords operating in the PRS would like to have more information about the market, achievable rents, and other valuable information and this presents a chance to make sure you are ahead of the game.

The survey will run throughout September and gives you the chance to gain a valuable insight into the information provided by all of our subscribers and website visitors - the detailed summary of the aggregated data that the survey generates will only be shared with those landlords who take the time to participate so please do take a few minutes to take part as we are certain you will find this information extremely useful.

If you let your properties to tenants under Local Housing Allowance, have considered doing this, or would just like to know more about other landlords portfolios and the rents achieved for various property types in your area (along with other useful information) then now if your chance to get involved and earn yourself the right to this data. The information shared with participants will not reveal details of specific properties or any personal information.

Please click the following link to a Micro-Site we have set up specifically for this purpose where you can complete the survey, find our more about the Valuation Office Agency and their role in the PRS and also find links to sources of other valuable information.

Thank you in advance for your participation - this is something that all landlords and the overall PRS will benefit from.

Happy letting and Investing,

The Admin Team.
