MARSHALL CHIHOTA
Dear all I am new to this forum. I am in the process of purchasing a flat. It is quite cheap 13000 pounds cash purchase. I have managed to raise 6000 pounds . Contracts have been exchanged and I have already missed the completion date. I am looking for someone to help me out of this challenge. I have been let down by friends on the last minute. I have looked everywhere including my bank. The property has a rental potential of 3000 pounds annually. I can use the property as security or enter into a partnership. The property is valued aproximately 19000
Melboy
Mmmmm! So did it not occur to you that you couldn't actually afford to buy this flat but you went ahead anyway. Where was your plan B if your "friends" pulled out at the last minute. Funny enough this is the second time in just a few weeks I have heard of this similar type of story. Where is the flat anyway as you don't say and also you need to provide more property details than you actually have. Mel.
Mortitia
One thing you may have missed off your post - 'the property is in Nigeria and you want the money sending to Dhakar'. Mortitia
MARSHALL CHIHOTA
The property is a one bedroomed flat in Washington near Sunderland, its in a complex in Wellignton Walk. I am actually buying this property through Bairstow Eves,Washington and using Gordons Solicitors LLP. Obviously anyone willing to help will have to instruct a solicitor to work through the whole process.
Melboy
Any details at all? Rightmove advert perhaps?
semiproinvestorTim
This does indeed seem like a very cheap flat... you must have negotiated very well to get Bairstow eves down from £70,000 (cheapest one bed flat on their website) to £13,000. I take my hat off to you sir...
