RachaelDraper
I have created an on line petition to try to get the government to scrap Local Housing Allowance so if any of you landlords out there have a DSS tenant/tenants I'm sure you will know the hassle that comes with LHA we should be able to get the money paid to us regardless of the tenant being eight weeks in arrears. We have lost a fortune from council mistakes, the council may as well throw our money away because that's what they do when they decide to pay certain people cash. I need 500 people to sign to get a response from the government. http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/ScrapLHA/ So please sign this petition so the government can see common sense. Cheers Rachael x
SPEEDTWIN
There has already been one petiton not so long ago on this subject http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/LANLORDSLHA/ Also the torys have said they will change the rules so landlords/agents have the choice if they get to power. semiproinvestorTim
Definitely the Tories in next election... on the other hand, I wouldn't bet £10 that they'll keep their promise... Tim
