7777777 Posted September 8, 2009 Report Share Posted September 8, 2009 i have a proberty in greater Manchester it fully kitted out for a disabled person or an elderly person its one bed room and is fully modernised it belonged to my elderly parents,,, i now have it for rent,, so what are the pros and cons of renting to these groups and is there any authorities who will offer me a tenant?? or were would you advertise it?? The council were unable to help and I had to advertise it privatley after a month I ended up stripping everything out and selling it on Ebay then house was rented imeadiatley.
