Mortitia
Well, I might as well give you my tips. I get gas hob and boiler certs done for £60 all in - London and coast. Always get boiler serviced at same time then tenants don't ring up giving you grief about failed heating Sunday lunchtimes in January. The lot usually comes to £130 each one. Try to have a regular gas person/plumber ideally the one that fitted the boiler. They will always turn out for you in case of emergency as they know you, you pay your bills and it is repeat business. Melboy
£60 for a certificate and a boiler service at the same time. This is what we charge currently for our local area but the price does rise if we have to travel out of the area due to fuel and travelling time costs. At a rough guess we have about 50 Landlords on our data base.
