amc1
I came across something on another site today which suggested that as of 30th April 2006 all private landlords have been required to register with their local authority. The person was in Scotland, so it may be different here in England. I thought I kept up to date on these things, so am a little confused as to whether or not I've missed something and should be registered. I thought it was only for houses of multiple occupation. My husband and I just have one buy-to-let property, rented to a couple. Surely our letting agents (who I have to say have been very efficient) would have let us know? Advice appreciated.
