mad_maz
Hi Does any one know of a website that shows rents being charged for different types of properties nationwide? I have done a search but haven't come up with anything, and wanted to check the level of rents periodically. Is it just a case of keeping an eye on LA ads when they are offering properties for rent? Thanks

GPEL
Find a friendly agent using Rightmove, which is able to provide this type of information. Other than that, not a clue.

alisa
Hi Does any one know of a website that shows rents being charged for different types of properties nationwide? I have done a search but haven't come up with anything, and wanted to check the level of rents periodically. Is it just a case of keeping an eye on LA ads when they are offering properties for rent? Thanks Try FindaProperty.com. Go to Rentals then Show Area Info. As rodent says though - lots of local variation.

mad_maz
Hi I opted to use the 'right move' website as this shows house sale prices and rent prices for any given post code. Thanks
