Hi Everyone,

Leaping into action and responding to calls to have this post removed, we are happy to say that Ezylet is a partner firm whose support of Residential Landlord enables us to bring the quality of service enjoyed by members of this forum, and the very many other free services provided on Residential Landlord.

All the best,

Just to clarify we do try and remove blatant marketing posts as a general rule but when it comes to our partners who support the website for the benefit of all, we think it only fair that they be given a little more elbow room.

No marketing unless its the people who pay for it.

Not bitching as you running a business not a charity and if marketing becomes OTT then will just abandon site and go elsewhere.

So keep marketing in persepctive and limit it to 1 in 50 posts would be ok.

What's the guidance about advertizing in footers and people in glass houses...

could you clarify what you mean by 'footers'?

Or do you mean 'signatures' on posts?
