It is a purpose built block with the flat being built above the garages. Parking & garage space is much sought after so it is my intention to rent out one garage with the flat, and rent out the remaining two garages independantly. I would like to know if anyone has a copy of an agreement for garages, or advice on what wording needs to be included in an agreement. The building is currently leasehold, but I am considering buying the freehold depending upon fee's etc. I have done a quick trawl on the web, but haven't yet found anything of much use, so thought I would try you guys out!
