fisherman
I am a new landlord and so would really appreciate peoples opinions. In my property there is a 6 year old combi boiler - gas. I am aware that I can get the monthly contract for £13 with British Gas that covers the boiler, annual service, cover, CP12. Do people think that pay as you go is better or this option? Thanks Stuart
GPEL
You'll pay this until the first couple of call-outs then they'll tell you it's not economic to keep repairing and that you'll need a new boiler, from them. BG are a pain in the backside.

russ295
BG isnt the old gas board, they are hard sell and as said they will take your money and as soon as your boiler needs work they will squirm out and tell you you need a new one as its not upto regulations etc, pay as you go! russ
