Trenners Posted May 20, 2007 Report Share Posted May 20, 2007 Hi bacard, You need to serve a Section 13 notice and give at least 1 clear months notice of your intention to raise the rent so that if the tenant disagrees (with the rent increase) then they can serve 1 month's notice and leave before the rent increase.
