Petra
I have been notified by the Freeholders agent that they are changing the Property Management Company. They have stated "they have taken this decision in response to the forthcoming government legislation to improve fire safety in residential blocks". Does anyone have any knowledge of this new legislation? What I cannot understand is that there are only 14 flats of which 12 are three storey high and the balance two storey high, and they do not have any cladding or balconies. Would appreciate any views/comments.
Richlist
Improvements to fire safety generally, it's not limited to the replacement of external cladding or height.
