Section 8 Notice

18-03-2020, 20:46 PM
Hi,
My tenant is now two months in arrears and used stolen ID to obtain the tenancy agreement.
I have spoken to a free legal advice line today in regards to serving a Section 8 Notice.
I am going to serve the notice on the grounds of 8, 10, 11 & 17.
I need to know the exact wording for the above grounds.
Can anyone help me with this ?

I would suggest you take paid legal advise. You have probably heard about the 3 month eviction ban  due the corona crisis . As we are still waiting on the actual legislation we dont know if the ban at this stage also applies to serving notices or the actual eviction date.

I guess you have nothing to lose by serving notice now, just keep an eye on the legislation when it comes out in case you have to serve the notice again.

A good section 8 notice should have all the ground listed in full.
